Lucía Hinojosa Gaxiola is an artist, experimental poet, writer and editor whose work has taken shape across a diverse range of media and concepts involving the materiality of language, memory, sound ecology, perceptions and boundaries of place, elements of chance, ritual and archive. Her processual practice is described as poetic fieldwork through practices of expanded writing, field recording, deep listening, sound poetry, performance, drawing, found objects, video and installation.
